Our team
Kevin Losee and Jacob Zedaker have known each other since 1996. They met while serving In the USAF as SERE (Survival, Evasion. Resistance, and Escape) Instructors.
Kevin, originally from the West Palm Beach, FL area and Jacob, originally from the Dayton, OH area have many combined years in the landscaping industry.
In 2012, Kevin and Jacob met up once again in the great state of North Carolina. They decided it was time to start up their own company and formed Tactical Lawn Solutions, LLC.
Partnering with Andrew Boyd of Dearborn, MI in 2024 has both expanded our abilities, and brought on another hard working faithful man to help propel us ahead into the future!
We are dedicated to providing quality services at affordable costs. We try to get to know each customer on a personal level, which allows us to provide great customer service!

Kevin is a NC licensed herbicide and pesticide applicator, and Andrew and Jacob are both ISA certified arborists.
